At Fat Freddy’s Catering we know how important this day is for you, your friends and your family. Arguably and possibly only second to the bride and groom, we want this day to be as happy and memorable as possible.
A big decision when planning your Phoenix / Scottsdale Wedding Catering is selecting the right catering company. Not every caterer knows what it takes to pull off a perfect wedding. The right caterer can help you with the numerous details as well as assisting you in the creation of the perfect menu.
We have been a premier wedding caterer for over twenty-five years. We have the experience, knowledge, dedication and commitment to deliver the best tasting catering and the most professional service in Phoenix and throughout all of Maricopa County.
The chefs at Fat Freddy’s Catering are tops in their field. Our servers are highly trained, experienced, professional and friendly. Our wedding coordinators have years of experience not only working for Fat Freddy’s catering but also in the business of wedding planning.
If you need assistance, call (623) 580-4653 or email our office at [email protected].
We understand most of our clients initially prefer to gather basic information online, so we have provided a special online questionnaire to assist us in providing you with an accurate quote. Also, because we offer a wide range of menu options, services and prices, we ask that you please make yourself available to speak with our Wedding Coordinator so we can assist with your reception needs. Once we receive your online request, we will contact you both by email and by phone.
Similar to the early reservations needed to get the reception site you want, it is important that you put a hold on your wedding date with us. An initial $500 deposit will guarantee your wedding date on our schedule. This deposit is refundable with a 30-day written notice and will be applied to your total balance. Make deposit here >
Your proposal will be converted to an invoice that will include your final count, due date and payment schedule. We will need this invoice and our ‘Terms & Conditions Contract” signed. View contract here >
