     1. Get a Quote:  We offer two methods to get a quote from us.

·        Our 2008 Wedding Packages provide you the best in food, services, and choices for your wedding. Our packages are simple to understand with affordable options for most budgets.

·        You are also welcome to request a custom quote. While our packages offer the most popular menus and pricing, we can easily accommodate your tastes and budget whether you lean toward a finer menu or more budget-minded options.

2.     Save the Date: Similar to the early reservations needed to get the reception site you want, it is important that you put a hold on your wedding date with us. We will guarantee your wedding date on our schedule while you proceed through the decision process for your catering. This is a courtesy reservation until you can finalize your menu or attend a tasting.

3.     Attend a Tasting: Join us for a wonderful evening of drinks, appetizers and a dinner buffet featuring many of our popular menu items.  The fee is $15 per person, up to four guests including yourself.  This fee will be credited to your event upon booking.  See the tasting schedule below, choose your preferred date and Make your Reservation soon, as space is limited.

         Pay by Credit Card Online         or        Send Payment in the US MAIL

4.     Contract Your Event: When you have 1) chosen your menu 2) approved a quote and 3) selected Fat Freddy’s as your caterer, it is then time to contract your event. Your quote will be converted to an invoice that will include your final count due date and payment schedule. The fee you paid for the tasting will also be credited to your order at that time. It is imperative that you contract your event shortly after your tasting. We will not release your courtesy reservation without contacting you first.
